Web platform
for The Well Spa
The Well is the largest and most popular wellness facility in Scandinavia. Just a few kilometers outside of Oslo guests can enjoy wellness treatments, experience one-of-a-kind rituals like Rhassoul or just spend a day at the sauna or pool.
To get more returning customers to The Well’s brand-new hotel, they needed a modern, customer–centric online booking system: saving people time on the phone, and their customer service team – time spent on the other end of the line. With the new service, all of that could be done online, with less engagement from the client’s team, and higher success rate for customer acquisition.
