Full-stack Developer (C#, JS)

International team, modern tech stack, e-commerce solutions. Sounds good? Because it is!
Our client is a leading e-commerce company in Norway, and we’ve been successfully working together for many years. Now, we’re expanding the team to support further growth and new challenges.
To meet user expectations and handle high traffic, our developer-alchemists work with the latest technology stack – where every line of code is like an essential ingredient in a powerful potion.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is not only technically skilled, but also proactive and enjoys collaborating with others. If coding with a pinch of magic sounds like your thing, this might be the place for you. And if you’re up for dropping by once a month to share a cup of our power drink – coffee – you’ve already earned yourself a bonus point!
Your tasks:
- Designing and building web solutions that respond to real-time changes — like a well-coordinated team reacting to every move.
- Bringing new features to life that truly shape the application — not just polishing what’s already there.
- Writing code that’s easy to test and actually solves real client needs — not just code that works.
- Working hand in hand with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure everything comes together smoothly.
- Contributing to a better team — by improving tools, processes, and workflows that help everyone deliver more with less friction
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (seasoned mid) with expertise in C# and JavaScript
- Experience in modern web frameworks (React is a must have)
- Knowledge of Event driven architecture
- Knowledge of Microservice architecture
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of IaC (Pulumi)
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, especially components like: Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob and Table storage, Service Bus
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2+)
- Willingness to occasionally come to our office in Poznań
We like to meet in person at our Poznań office now and then, so if you’re based far away, think if that could work for you before applying.
We offer:
- Conference/workshop budget of approximately 10000 PLN!
- Paid holidays on B2B - 26 days!
- “Fabresikowe”: one-time 1000 PLN bonus to create your work space more comfortable and more tailored to your needs!
- Once a month we cover the expenses of coming to the office for people from outside Poznan!
- Relaxing office massages
- In-house trainings
- Team events
- Frequent company events
- Free breakfast every day
- Free beverages, fresh fruit, snacks
- Chill out room
- English and Norwegian classes
